Industrial compact cameras with a pixel size of 5.3 mm
Infaimon will present the new Ueye industrial camera models from IDS at Matelec. These are compact cameras with various interfaces and feature a robust housing (IP65/IP67 protection rating) as well as a wide range of accessories such as cables, connectors, and protective tubes for the lenses.
One of the advantages of the new models lies in the incorporation of an innovative CMOS sensor. The new global shutter sensor combines the advantages of CCD technology, such as light sensitivity and color fidelity, with the high speed of CMOS sensors.
Thanks to its intelligent design and a pixel size of 5.3 µm, this sensor represents a significant leap forward compared to current sensors on the market.
The new CMOS sensor also delivers high color fidelity, and the addition of a global shutter function allows for the precise capture of moving images, something previously impossible with CMOS sensors using the rolling shutter method. The cameras that incorporate this sensor are the UI-1240 and UI-5240.
