19036-spwebIt includes a rigidity tester up to 5 kV AC and 6 kV DC, impulse testing up to 6 kV, and resistance measurement from 0.1 mΩ to 500 Ω. Its internal 10-channel scanner allows for automatic sequencing of measurements to save time and simplify connections, thus reducing costs.

The 19036 integrates dielectric strength, insulation, impulse testing, and resistance measurements necessary to efficiently verify the quality of devices with windings, such as motors, transformers, and heating elements.
Insulation defects often cause short circuits in turns or connections, which can be due to design errors, manufacturing flaws, or defective materials.
Additionally, the impulse test (IWT) allows for measuring the insulation capacitance between turns and automatically switching multiple test points, enabling evaluation by comparing the waveform area, differential comparison, oscillation detection, and Laplace detection.

The 19036 incorporates a 4-wire low resistance measurement system also with 10 channels and supports an optional external multiplexer up to 40.

It has a system to detect possible faults in the connection of the device under test before they occur, avoiding false interpretations, protecting the tester and increasing its useful life.

Motor testing standards require high-power testers because significant current leakage can occur. The 19036 generates and measures up to 100 mA AC with 500 VA and 20 mA DC, in accordance with IEC/UL standards.
