With a 5120x5120 pixel CMOS sensor, images can be captured with a shutter speed of just 1 microsecond, meeting the needs of an increasingly fast-paced industry, especially in production processes. The EoSens® 25CXP allows for more precise fault detection, as even the smallest components are recorded in highly detailed form, enabling targeted process optimization.
The new CoaXPress® interface transmits data to the PC in real time at up to 2.4 GB/s, allowing for immediate processing and evaluation. The data transfer cable powers the camera and simultaneously connects the PC and the high-speed camera, simplifying the integration of the EoSens® 25CXP into existing systems without the need for costly additional cables. The option of a cable length of up to 40 meters provides added convenience and flexibility in using the high-speed camera.
The camera features a dynamic range of 53dB and allows for black level adjustment. It also incorporates horizontal and vertical subsampling capabilities, as well as the ability to define up to 32 adjustable ROIs.
Available in monochrome and color, with FullHD resolution and 10-bit color depth, the capture speed can be increased to 880 frames per second, although lower resolutions can exceed 100,000 frames per second.
Versions of the camera with enhanced UV/IR sensitivity are available.
