ZES ZIMMER's LMG600 series power analyzers provide accurate DC measurement across an input current range of 500μA to 32A rms. However, electric vehicle charging stations supplying hundreds of kilowatts and other applications such as DC microgrids require currents in the hundreds of amperes. Danisense current transducers enable the system to measure up to 2000A rms (3000A peak or DC) and even higher. The accuracy of DC current meters is especially important, as customers will be billed based on their usage, and stability against temperature and other environmental factors is also crucial.

Patrick Fuchs, business development manager at ZES ZIMMER, comments: "Danisense transducers are well known for providing highly accurate and frequent measurements. We have been able to integrate the DS600 series into our DC measurement solution, making it easier for organizations to create their test program without needing any other equipment."

Loic Moreau, Vice President of Marketing at Danisense, added: “We are very pleased to partner with ZES ZIMMER to offer this easy-to-use DC metering package. ZES ZIMMER is recognized as a technical leader in the field of power analysis, and the fact that VDE is using the solution should give consumers massive confidence that they are being billed correctly.”

By combining complex magnetic performance with advanced electronics, Danisense provides efficient and accurate solutions that meet the requirements of customers worldwide in the most demanding industries.
