Fluke 377 and 378 Non-Contact Voltage Clamp Meters
Fluke has announced a family of clamp meters that will make electrical measurements much safer for repair and maintenance technicians. The Fluke 377 and 378 are non-contact, true-RMS AC/DC clamp meters that allow technicians to perform quick electrical checks without the danger of coming into contact with live equipment.
The Fluke 377 and 378 use FieldSense™ technology to detect voltage and current through the clamp jaw, requiring only a ground connection for reference. Direct contact with live components is unnecessary, minimizing the risk of electric shock and arcing.

-phase systems, with voltage and current displayed simultaneously on a dual screen.
Both instruments are available in FC (Fluke Connect™) versions with a Bluetooth interface. The 377 FC and 378 FC versions also display phase rotation, which can be shown on a smartphone and saved to the cloud using Fluke Connect software, eliminating the need for handwritten notes. Fluke Connect allows maintenance and service technicians to record readings and share them with their team. The collected data can then be used to develop a preventative maintenance plan.
The 378 FC clamp meter incorporates a unique power quality (PQ) indicator that detects quality issues related to current, voltage, or power factor. This allows users to quickly check for problems with the power supply or connected electrical equipment.
The clamp meters come with a TPAK hanging accessory kit, a high-quality carrying case, TL224 test leads, TP175 TwistGuard test probes, and an AC285 black ground clamp.
