The compact PLC controller comes pre-equipped with a color touchscreen that displays measurement and process data, while also enabling quick entry of operating parameters and control commands. Up to 50 additional satellite displays can be connected via Wi-Fi, LAN, or RS-485. All process parameters are automatically shared with the satellites, where they can be selectively viewed and modified as needed. This provides work preparation, monitoring, management, and service teams with information and intervention options tailored to their individual requirements. The satellite displays are available in various sizes (from 1.5 to 10.1 inches).
The PLC's own 2.8-inch screen, thanks to its bright IPS technology, is easy to read even in bright environments and from almost any angle. Programming is done via USB using the free Windows tool "PLC Designer." This facilitates the implementation of even highly sophisticated and visually appealing screen designs. Eight digital and four analog inputs, four relay contacts, and an RS-232 port are available for data acquisition and command output. The power supply voltage is 12 to 24 V. The PLC unit is only 5 inches wide and is DIN rail mounted. DISPLAY VISIONS offers various mounting options for the satellite units, from surface mounting to door mounting and wall mounting.
