BASIS is ideal for use in OEM gas analyzers, automated gas mixing in process lines, and anywhere basic mass flow control is required.
Stocked and ready for rapid shipment on evaluation orders, all BASIS units are prepared to control process flows with absolute precision in as little as 70 ms. A 100 ms control response time allows BASIS to react in real time to upward fluctuations. NIST-traceable accuracy is +/- 1.5% of reading + 0.5% at full scale.
BASIS is available with the following multi-gas calibrations: Air, Ar, CO2, N2, O2, N2O (selectable via RS-485); He and H2 are also available in single-gas units. Dual communications—RS-485 serial and 0-VDC analog output—mean that BASIS can be integrated into a wide range of end-user products. For process applications, the availability of both analog and digital feedback enables control options for PLCs and PCs.
