The HT9 model performs AC/DC voltage measurements, single-terminal AC voltage testing, continuity testing with an audible indicator, phase cycling
with LED indication, and display readings. The HT9 also performs gas-filled lamp testing. The instrument features a white LED flashlight for use in low-light environments and complies with the safety criteria of IEC/EN61243-3:2010 at CAT IV 600V and CAT III 690V.
