The series comprises two models:
The 1000B benchtop model is an economical alternative to laboratory calibrators, offering all the necessary functions and precision for calibrating 3.5 and 4.5 digit multimeters. It is also suitable for on-site calibrations, and its compact size makes it ideal for integration into automated test benches using the 19” rack adapter.
The 1000A, in a robust yet lightweight suitcase format, offers features previously only available in laboratory calibrators, such as outputs up to 1000V and 10A without the need for external accessories.
Main features:
DC and AC voltage up to 1000V.
DC and AC current up to 10A and up to 500A for calibrating clamp meters (using
OPT EA002 coils).
Resistance up to 100 MΩ.
Generates capacitance.
Generates frequency.
Simulates thermocouples and RTDs. For calibrating temperature meters.
Pressure calibration option.
Process control measurement option (mV, mA, and Ω).
Insulation tester calibration option.
Dimensions: 257 x 432 x 180 mm.
Weight: 9.5 kg.
The 1000 series allows calibration procedures to be stored in its internal memory. This way, by simply selecting the instrument to be calibrated from the procedures menu, the calibrator "knows" the signals it needs to generate, preventing potential errors when entering output values. Procedures are loaded onto the calibrator using the calibration editor. It can be fully controlled with calibration software from a PC via USB.
