The powerful, maintenance-free pump motor efficiently extracts welding fumes from the work area. Up to two 250 cm long, 75 mm diameter flexible hoses connect to the compact base unit, which can be easily integrated beneath the workstation. Despite the high performance of the extraction system, the noise level is less than 50 dB. The extracted welding fumes are passed through a three-stage filtration system consisting of a pre-filter, a HEPA filter, and an activated carbon filter, which retains toxic substances and fine respirable dust. The filters can be changed in just a few steps if necessary. In addition to the HV-2FES professional welding fume extraction system, Reichelt Elektronik also offers cost-effective Xytronic solutions for welding workstations, such as the 426 DLX welding fume extractor. This achieves an air flow of 120 m3/h and filters the aspirated welding fumes with an easily replaceable activated carbon filter.
