The new stations incorporate Weller's design technology and have an integrated automatic wire feeder within the welder itself. This ensures a consistent wire flow and improves the accuracy of the manual welding process, enabling precise and correct welds the first time.
The quantity can also be adjusted to suit specific needs, facilitating uniform welding. To prevent solder sticking and improve control over the welding flow, the stations have been designed with a non-stick coating on the inner lining of the tube, providing greater wire feed accuracy and reducing maintenance time.
The integrated wire feeder provides greater safety and helps reduce errors. One-handed soldering allows you to have one hand free for better maneuvering and more precise positioning of wires or components.
In addition, the stations include a timer and various pulse modes, providing flexibility and greater control over the output mode and welding speed. Integrated start, stop, and standby functions result in lower energy consumption, ensuring a longer lifespan for the tips and soldering elements.
It allows you to place a 1 kg welding reel, eliminating the need for replacements in long-duration jobs.
Initially, RS will launch two soldering stations: the 80W WTSF 80 model (with 2.4mm LTB soldering tips), compatible with Weller's WD, WR, WS and WSD; and the 120W WTSF 120 model, compatible with WR, WD and WS.
