Depending on the force applied to the joint, the insulation can reach up to 1 kV per 0.1 mm. Furthermore, if we can increase the thermal resistance by adding more layers of insulation, we can achieve up to 10 kV of electrical insulation with a thickness of 1 mm. It is also possible to achieve even higher insulation capacities.
