Both ranges offer a selection of predefined temperature profiles and are supplied with a 2 m temperature probe, enabling a suite of alarm functions, such as overheat, fan failure, or sensor malfunction alarms, without requiring a separate power supply. This latest generation also includes the new CGC (Configurable Generic Controller), which is suitable for both DC and EC fans and allows customers to customize the temperature profiles, making them ideal for use as a development kit.
RS also offers the 4300N series of DC axial fans, which deliver high airflow (up to 285 m³/h) with low operating noise and high efficiency. The 119 x 119 x 32 mm series features enhancements such as specially shaped discharge vanes and innovative fins at the blade tips to improve aerodynamic efficiency and prevent noise-inducing turbulence. More specialized versions are also available, offering speed signal output, PWM input, moisture protection, IP68 protection, and an external temperature sensor. This makes these fans suitable for a variety of industries and applications, including computing and telecommunications, drives, automation, solar inverters, and a wide range of other industrial applications.
