New thermometersThe Fluke 62 and 62 Max+ provide:

- Performance and durability: Withstands a drop from 3 meters onto a wooden floor.
- Water and dust protection: IP54 rated to withstand rain, splashes, dust, and dirt.
- Compact and easy to use: Small enough to comfortably wear on a belt all day, these digital thermometers can measure temperature with a single click, and thanks to their backlit, multi-angle display, reading the data is extremely simple.
- Dual lasers (62 MAX+): Two rotating laser beams to accurately identify the size of the spot to be measured.

The Fluke 62 Max is ideal for rapid temperature analysis to pinpoint evidence of unusual hotspots, electrical and electromechanical faults, and even unwanted air intake and exhaust patterns throughout a building. Because infrared thermometers don't require direct contact with the surface being measured, technicians can take measurements remotely from moving machinery or energized electrical connections.

The 62 Max has a distance-to-spot ratio of 10:1 and can measure temperatures from 30 to 500 °C with an accuracy of ±1.5% of reading. The 62 Max+ has a distance-to-spot ratio of 12:1 and can measure temperatures from 30 to 650 °C with an accuracy of ±1.0% of reading.
Both IR thermometers operate on a single AA battery.
