The BreakerVisu system can display data from up to 48 circuit breakers and measuring devices on a color screen and also store this data in log files. The complete solution consists of a 7" or 3.5" color display and pre-installed display and logging software. This eliminates the need for any programming by the user during installation, and separate displays for individual circuit breakers are no longer required. As a plug-and-play system, BreakerVisu minimizes the effort required for installation and commissioning. It also includes new features: BreakerVisu indicates the wear of the main contacts of NZM circuit breakers, can act as a gateway for central data transfer to a control center, and, for the first time, connects to third-party systems via Modbus RTU communication. Thus, the BreakerVisu system offers machine and system designers an even simpler and more cost-effective solution for central plant monitoring and energy consumption.
