4485webFlow sensors utilize the heat measurement process and record even the smallest quantities consumed, starting from 0.06 Nm³/h. This allows for the early detection of wear or leaks in installations. With a wide measurement range of up to 700.0 Nm³/h, these devices are also suitable for monitoring consumption during operation.

In addition to IO-Link communication, which enables intelligent communication between the sensor and the control system, the compressed air flow meters also offer the ability to obtain analog values and record switching thresholds via two digital outputs. This variety of output options for flow and temperature measurements allows them to be integrated into control or process systems.

Compressed air meters record the current flow rate, the volume consumed, as well as the temperature of the compressed air in the work process being monitored.

The numerous configuration and measurement options via IO-Link are complemented by indicators for measured values and status. This allows the user to quickly view an overview directly on the sensor itself.
