Construction Features:
MPS-GR tables incorporate precision bearing components and serpentine gear drive for repeatable and accurate positioning. They are available with either stepper motors or DC servomotors and a clear opening of 20 mm (MPS50GR) or 30 mm (MPS75GR). The opening accommodates applications requiring an access hole or housing for mounting optical devices, polarizing lenses, wiring, pneumatic lines, or vision/camera/inspection applications. The DC servomotors on MPS-GR tables are equipped with a rotary digital encoder, and the MPS75GR model includes a manual adjustment lever.
MPS-GR rotary tables offer accuracy up to 80 arcseconds, 1 arcsecond resolution, 6 arcsecond repeatability, and a maximum speed of 180 degrees per second. The maximum load capacity is 12 kg, and the tilt movement error rate is 40 arcseconds.
Mounting and Vacuum Options:
Both tables are available with optional 10⁻⁶ torr vacuum preparation, including a vacuum-capable feedback/motor connector. An optional breadboard provides direct mounting for metric and imperial optical tables, and a Lens Mounting (LMO) option allows for easy mounting of standard lenses over the table opening.
