The SOM-6765 is based on the latest Intel® Atom™ dual-core N2600 and D2700 processors, built on 32nm technology, and includes high-definition decoding hardware and support for faster DDR3 1066 memory. The SOM-6765 offers dual-display output and various graphics interfaces, including LVDS, VGA, and even Blu-ray via HDMI. An enhanced DDI function provides greater flexibility for media design without interfering with the original COM.0 R2.0 Type 2 specification.
For expansion, the SOM-6765 supports two PCIe x1 slots, four PCI master slots, and an optional PCIe x4 slot for more demanding performance applications. It features integrated Gigabit LAN for network-intensive applications. The SOM-6765 also supports two SATA II ports, eight USB 2.0 ports, LPC, SMBus, I2C bus, EIDE, and 8-bit GPIO.
