The Congatec Conga-QA3 Qseven modules are based on Intel™ Atom E3800 processors, which utilize Intel's 22nm process technology with 3-D Tri-Gate transistors. This allows the Conga QA3 modules to offer significant improvements in computing performance while also providing an energy-efficient system for most applications. The Congatec Conga-QA3 Qseven modules feature 2GB or 4GB of internal flash memory with additional support for eMMC 4.51 with integrated flash up to 16GB. They can be further expanded with up to 8GB of dual-channel DDR3 DRAM. The board is manufactured in the Qseven form factor, which has standard dimensions of 70 x 70 mm, and can operate within a wider industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Power consumption for typical applications can range from 4.5 watts to 12 watts.
The Conga-QA3 is available with single-, dual-, or quad-core Intel Atom processors. The QA3 can be configured for both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. It also supports Intel High Definition Audio and Intel HD Graphics with hardware acceleration. A digital DisplayPort (DDI) interface offers video resolutions up to 2560x1600 or HDMI 1.4a video up to 1920x1200.
The Conga-QA3 Qseven computer can be loaded with various operating systems, including Microsoft® Windows® 8 and Windows 8 Embedded, Windows 7 and Windows Embedded Compact 7, and Linux.
