The G211X is a new quad Ethernet card based on CompactPCI Serial. Its four Gigabit Ethernet interfaces are accessed on the front panel via robust M12 connectors with X-code.
All four interfaces are controlled by an Ethernet controller connected to the backplane via a PCI Express x4 connection. Each interface supports a transmission speed of 1 Gbit/s, even when all four channels are in use simultaneously. For enhanced monitoring, two LEDs indicate the connection and activity status of the interfaces.
Ideal for mobile applications,
the G211X is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius and, thanks to its extremely robust M12-X connectors, is ready for use in harsh and mobile environments.
