The solution enables the deployment of AI models and applications with a single click, after initial setup, and is designed to work with both SECO hardware and compatible third-party devices. The platform targets developers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), system integrators, distributors, and companies that need to scale their AI projects from initial testing to large-scale industrial installations.
Deploy AI models with a single click
One of the main goals of Clea 2.0 is to reduce the complexity associated with deploying AI applications on infrastructures that use different hardware architectures. In these environments, installing models often requires device-specific configurations, integration processes, and separate management tools.
Clea 2.0 unifies these operations through a common workflow that allows applications to be distributed across compatible devices without maintaining separate deployment procedures for each platform. Furthermore, it incorporates application lifecycle management features, simplifying administration as the number of connected devices grows.
Fleet orchestration using AI agents and the MCP protocol
The new version incorporates a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows interaction with the platform using natural language. This capability facilitates the execution of complex operations on fleets of devices, transforming multi-step requests into coordinated actions.
The AI agents operate within the identity and permissions assigned to each user, while their actions are recorded to facilitate traceability. In this way, SECO combines agent-based automation with monitoring and control mechanisms over the operations performed.
Secure management of large-scale edge devices
Clea 2.0 incorporates tools designed to manage industrial deployments with numerous devices and different user profiles. Its capabilities include sandbox campaigns, role- and attribute-based access controls, and isolation between different clients or environments (multi-tenant).
These features allow you to set specific permissions and manage operations in a controlled manner as the infrastructure grows. Independence from the hardware vendor also simplifies the management of heterogeneous fleets, provided the devices use architectures compatible with the platform.
Applications in predictive maintenance, inspection and robotics
SECO proposes using the Clea 2.0 Agentic Framework in various industrial artificial intelligence applications. These include visual quality inspection, predictive maintenance, operator assistance, and robotics and physical AI systems. The platform also allows business users to create customized dashboards to monitor their application data.
For their part, OEMs and business partners can develop, customize with their brand, and market software-based digital services. Fausto Di Segni, Chief IoT & AI Officer at SECO, noted that the goal is to make it easier for companies to scale a validated AI use case across an entire fleet of devices without having to rebuild their technology infrastructure.
Free early access until April 2027
SECO has opened registration for early access to Clea 2.0 Agentic Framework, with free availability until April 30, 2027. During this period, users will be able to evaluate features for deploying Edge AI applications and orchestrating devices using intelligent agents.
With this new version, SECO expands its software offering to facilitate the implementation of artificial intelligence in industrial environments, combining simplified deployment, compatibility with different hardware platforms, and centralized management tools.
