The ARM Cortex-M7 core is a new member of the energy-efficient, 32-bit Cortex-M processor family. The Cortex-M7's combination of high performance and digital signal control functionality allows microcontroller manufacturers to target demanding embedded applications while keeping development costs as low as possible. Intended end uses include intelligent control systems operating in a wide range of applications such as motor control devices, industrial automation, the Internet of Things, advanced audio, image processing, and various connected vehicle applications.
