These templates are available for free download from the Amphenol ACS website via SnapEDA Viewer, as well as on SnapEDA and the SnapEDA Syndication Network, which now has more than 30 partners, including Digi-Key.
The goal is to make it easier than ever to incorporate high-quality Amphenol connectors into your PCB designs, while also allowing engineers to dedicate more time to designing increasingly sophisticated solutions.

With SnapEDA Viewer technology, Amphenol's ACS website customers can search for the products they need, preview and interact with computer-aided design (CAD) models, and download them in their preferred PCB format. Engineers can also search for products of interest on SnapEDA, where they can also download them. Libraries are available for download in more than 15 PCB design formats, including Altium, Cadence OrCad/Allegro, KiCad, Autodesk EAGLE, Fusion 360, and more.

The models were created following design patterns recommended by Amphenol and a combination of IEEE-315 and IPC-7351B, as well as SnapEDA's internal standards. In addition to providing the models, SnapEDA offers transparency to engineers by including an automated report generated by its proprietary verification technology. This helps engineers avoid common manufacturing problems.
