The new version of ANSYS Twin Builder allows users to export their created digital twin for later integration into platforms like SAP or PTC, enabling them to create and monitor IIoT systems. The digital twin also receives feedback from its real-world counterpart.
ANSYS Twin Builder also allows engineers to reuse existing 3D simulation models—that is, to import legacy digital twins and then refine them. Engineers can modify the digital twins of equipment and manufacture the modified or improved models, such as pumps, motors, and turbines, to perform better predictive maintenance.
