The WeldCube solution comprises an industrial PC (IPC) with integrated software that allows the connection of up to 50 power sources. This system is compatible with all Fronius digital welding equipment series, the DeltaSpot spot welding system, and the TPS/i intelligent welding platform. This enables users to record and evaluate a wide range of data, including current, voltage, wire feed, welding speed and time, dynamic arc correction characteristics, and job count, for both manual and robotic welding processes. The stored information can be accessed online from any computer or mobile device.
WeldCube is very easy to install thanks to its Plug & Play functionality. Once operational, the system requires virtually no maintenance. Fronius offers updates that users can easily install themselves. Furthermore, custom adaptations and programming can be added to the standard package, resulting in solutions tailored to the customer's specific needs.
WeldCube's functions are highly versatile: the actual values of each power source can be documented in real time, both individually and collectively. The user can continuously monitor additional data, including gas, wire, and energy consumption. Nominal values, such as job data, can also be observed and saved for the entire lifespan of a welding system. In combination with the new Fronius TPS/i welding platform, it is possible to edit jobs and compare them across different power sources. All values can be exported to various file formats or printed directly from the IPC.
Finally, a range of analytical tools has also been incorporated to facilitate the rapid and reliable detection of errors. Fronius customers can thus monitor and optimize the quality and performance of their welding processes. Continuous data analysis protects against production losses while simultaneously increasing safety.
