The new instrument combines an industry-leading status capture speed of 4 Gb/s on 68 channels and 2.5 Gb/s on 136 channels with the ability to reliably capture data at the industry's smallest eye apertures, as small as 100 ps per 100 mV. The Baumer DP100 diaphragm pressure gauge is designed for hygienic processes, such as those found in pharmaceutical or food production. The gauge meets IP65 protection standards, is entirely mechanical, and does not use a pressure-transmitting fluid. This eliminates the risk of contamination, even if the diaphragm is damaged. The DP100 is available with a wide range of standard hygienic connections. All parts in contact with the medium are made of 1.4435 (316L) stainless steel. The diaphragm surface has a roughness of Ra < 0.5 µm.
