This solution will be implemented through a tool created by the company, Ingesys CMS, which allows anticipating potential problems that may be detected in the wind turbine (gearbox failures, bearing problems, etc.).
The service includes predictive analysis, supply, installation and commissioning of more than 280 Ingesys CMS devices in technologies such as Vestas, General Electric, Alstom, and Repower, among others, distributed in wind farms around the world, mainly in Italy, Mexico, Bulgaria, Greece and the USA.
The monitoring and diagnostic processes of the condition of the wind turbines will be carried out in Albacete (Spain) by Category III vibration analysis engineers certified under ISO 18436-2 with more than 9 years of experience in predictive maintenance.  
Ingesys CMS
The Ingesys CMS is a condition monitoring system, integrable within any SCADA system, fully open and configurable, and with a very intuitive data visualization software that allows the final solution to be customized to the client's needs and thus increase the return on investment.
As a complement to this tool, INGETEAM has developed data conversion modules that allow the integration of data generated by CMS equipment from other manufacturers into the Ingesys CMS tool suite. This functionality, on the one hand, reduces licensing costs by eliminating the need for separate software for each CMS and, on the other hand, increases the efficiency of monitoring the condition of wind turbines by having the entire fleet of wind farms on a single platform.
