In total, Siplus CMS2000 can be expanded with two modules, providing up to 16 vibration sensor connections. User benefits include more comprehensive monitoring of systems and machines, and significantly reduced costs per channel and measurement point.
With SIPLUS CMS (Condition Monitoring Systems), the condition of wear components such as motors, pumps, bearings, and other critical process components can be continuously monitored. In addition to vibration data, Siplus CMS2000 captures speed and pressure and temperature sensor data via additional inputs. By continuously recording sensor data and analyzing trend curves, users can detect wear and potential failures early. This enables better scheduling of maintenance, adopting a proactive maintenance approach tailored to the production cycle. As a result, downtime is minimized, and system availability and lifespan are increased through the use of Condition Monitoring Systems. It also avoids the high costs caused by total failures and resulting damages.
