Both series are equipped with two independent protection measures for maximum patient protection (2xMOPP) – essential for the high safety of medical technology.
Both series operate with input voltages from 85 to 264VAC and supply output voltages from 12 to 48VDC. The highly efficient modules achieve an efficiency rating of up to 92% and can be deployed in ambient temperatures between -25°C and +80°C. They feature excellent regulation properties, and fluctuations across the entire input voltage range are regulated with precision.
The extremely compact modules, with a base surface of 3" x 2" (100W version) and 4" x 2" (150W version), are isolated with 4kVDC between input and output. They meet current requirements for medical applications involving patient contact (2xMOOP).
The RACM family has been certified according to the IEC/ES/EN 60601-1 3rd Edition medical technology safety standard and features stepped outputs with leakage currents below 100µA. All modules comply with EN60601-1-2 and EN55022 Class B standards and have a 5-year warranty.
