Designed for industrial, telecommunications, emergency power, and auxiliary power applications, the new unit combines robust mechanical construction, ease of installation, and efficient load management to ensure maximum availability of the backed-up systems.
The QUAD-1000-HD-D1 incorporates a high-efficiency rectifier capable of delivering up to 1,000 W of power with a stabilized 27 VDC output in float mode. Thanks to its ability to provide up to 37 A of charging current, the system allows for the continuous availability of battery banks, helping to extend their lifespan and optimize their operational performance.

One of the distinguishing features of this device is its integrated timed cyclic charging system. As standard, the charger automatically alternates between 10-hour charging and 10-hour rest periods, a strategy that promotes battery preservation during extended operating times. It also includes a manual reset function that allows a new complete charging cycle to be initiated using a button located on the front panel.
The device's industrial design is housed in a 500 x 400 x 200 mm metal enclosure built to operate in demanding environments. The front panel integrates LED status indicators, a digital display of voltage and current, a main power switch, and monitoring systems that facilitate continuous tracking of the charging process.

The solution has been designed to meet the needs of sectors where power continuity is essential, including control centers, signaling systems, telecommunications infrastructure, industrial facilities, and UPS systems. Its configuration allows for quick installation thanks to the supplied connection cabling and an architecture geared towards simple and safe maintenance.
