The four available module slots provide options for nineteen different nominal voltages, ranging from +3.3 to 60VDC. The output voltage of each module is digitally adjustable, offering a wide voltage adjustment range. This approach provides maximum flexibility and allows users to tailor the product to their specific application, minimizing inventory and enabling fast delivery of products configured precisely to customer requirements from XP Power's global configuration centers.
The fans are positioned in the center of the power supply to reduce audible noise, allowing users to specify the airflow direction that best suits their application. The airflow direction does not affect the maximum power ratings specified above.
The nanofleX platform supports both analog and digital control. Analog signals include AC OK (global), DC OK (global and individual modules), remote On/Off (global and individual modules), voltage adjustment, remote sense, and current share control. Digital functions utilize a subset of PMBus protocol commands, including digital equivalents of all analog and control signals, as well as overvoltage, overtemperature, overcurrent, and fan failure warning functions.
A Graphical User Interface facilitates the control and configuration of the nanofleX via I2C interface using PMBus commands, allowing users to work with the power supply from the outset and then debug the configuration during the development phase.
The nanofleX series complies with internationally recognized standards for medical equipment and information technology, including medical safety standards IEC/EN/ANSI/AAMI 60601-1 and IEC/EN/UL60950-1. It provides two levels of protection (2 x MOPP) according to the 3rd edition of the medical safety standard.
The nanofleX series has a 3-year warranty.
