The ultra-high power density (6 kW @ 4U) not only saves space, but its very high voltage (0.015% ± 0.015% FS) and current (0.04% ± 0.04% FS) measurement accuracy ensures reliable test results. Furthermore, the entire series can be operated manually or remotely. For higher power requirements, a master/slave controller can be used, allowing multiple units to be connected in parallel. These electronic loads also have synchronous charging capability to simulate real-world load conditions.
The 63200A series is available in voltage ranges of 150V, 600V, and 1200V and power ranges from 3kW to 24kW. A single unit can handle a maximum current of 2000A, and multiple units connected in parallel can handle up to 480kW. These high-power DC electronic loads are designed for testing server power supplies, A/D converters, batteries and energy storage systems, EV/EVSE, solar power, and other high-power electronic equipment.
Advantages:
- Higher accuracy than any other high-power DC load
- Higher available power density (6 kW @ 4U)
- Load sine wave function allows setting a drift current (I_CC), load sine wave (I_CA), and sine wave frequency
- User-defined waveform (UDW) and external signal control functions to simulate real-world current waveforms
- Dynamic frequency sweep function
- Digitization function allows recording of both voltage and current waveforms
- Complex operating modes including DC CR+CC, CV+CR, and CV+ modes
- Intelligent PWM fan speed control to reduce unnecessary fan noise
- Vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) to avoid the heat problems of other displays.
