Featuring a circular design, this new series is easy to assemble and fits perfectly with the mechanical structure of high- and low-power high-bay lighting fixtures. The system is fully encapsulated in resin, and its aluminum housing is designed to dissipate heat from the lighting fixtures, providing excellent heat dissipation capacity. This overcomes the limitations of older high-bay lighting systems by employing this new type of ultra-thin LED power supply. It boasts a wide input range of 90-305Vac and a single output voltage of 24-60Vdc. Designed with a high-efficiency topology, it offers up to 93.5% efficiency and is cooled by air convection from -40°C to 60°C ambient temperature. As long as the temperature at the top of the housing is kept below 70°C, the power supply's lifespan can be guaranteed to be up to 40,000 hours. In order to withstand harsh outdoor conditions, the newly designed aluminum housing with epoxy resin (IP65/67) can provide excellent heat dissipation capacity and mechanical strength.
With its two-stage PFC function, the HBG-160 series meets harmonic current limitations according to EN61000-3-2 Class C (>60% load). It also meets the PF>0.9 requirement at loads exceeding 50% and possesses 4KV surge immunity (EN61000-4-5), a requirement for lighting applications. Suitable for various installation options, such as string, suspension, or metal structures, the HBG-160 units can be installed with LED modules, heat sink modules, adjustable modules, and lamp shades to meet diverse lighting fixture requirements. In addition to standard protection against short circuits, overvoltage, overload, and over-temperature, these power units come with a 5-year warranty and offer "three-in-one" dimming/regulation functions (Type B models).
