Their main advantage is that this speed ensures that the most demanding validation tests and trials are completed according to the defined simulation curves.
In applications requiring the simulation of U or I curves, the power supply's dynamics must be able to "follow" the curve that needs to be replicated at its output. The power supply's own capacitors cause inertia, which often prevents the necessary curve from being replicated adequately, thus hindering the successful completion of the validation test.    
Delta Elektronika power supplies boast exceptional dynamic response times, up to 10 times faster than average (6.1 ms from 0 to 15Vdc/100 Amps and 2.2 ms from 0 to 15V/10 Amps) in their standard version. In their "High Speed" version, the electrolytic capacitors are replaced with ceramic capacitors, resulting in even faster response times (0.22 ms from 0 to 15Vdc/100 Amps and 0.11 ms from 0 to 15V/10 Amps). This allows for the accurate reproduction of even the fastest U or I curves.
