The device is designed to control the climate control of a room or zone in water-based fan-coil systems. It features a display, keypad, temperature sensor, and a set of inputs that allow for occupancy detection to stop the climate control or switch it to low-power mode. A window contact temporarily stops the climate control when a window is open, and analog inputs detect water temperature and perform various functions on the unit. The device also has several outputs for controlling water solenoid valves and managing the fan-coil speed as needed.
A key feature of this device is its autonomous operation, requiring no communication bus. This makes it a very attractive option for installations where remote control is not a requirement.
It has a simple programming menu that provides access to 24 parameters, allowing for the configuration of multiple functions for controlling and saving energy in any type of water-based climate control system.
