The UCPIC-2 uses the 18B20 precision probe and the 8-pin Picaxe 08M2 microcontroller, which, thanks to a low-complexity programming language, allows for a simple and fast learning curve, ensuring in a few steps the user's full autonomy and the practical application of the circuit.
With a descriptive manual and diagram in Spanish, through 6 practical exercises, the programming for reading the probe temperature, establishing a temperature range, operating as a thermostat, switching and connecting the relay in winter or summer mode, or how to subordinate the programming to the state of an input is detailed.
The circuit incorporates a switch to set temperature modes or programming conditions, a relay for controlling loads up to 230 V / 2 A, an external push-button input, and a standardized programming connector 100% compatible with Picaxe® software.
Along with the UCPIC-2, for other industrial uses Cebek also has various programmable circuits based on Picaxe microcontrollers, as well as a wide range of starter modules that cover different user levels, from beginner to intermediate to advanced.
