Motor control applications typically consist of a motor drive unit and a system control unit. Both units integrate a microcontroller and software. The TMPM384FDFG allows a single microcontroller and software to perform both functions, contributing to the development of more efficient systems and helping to reduce development and production costs.
The TMPM384FDFG is equipped with 512 kB of flash memory and 32 kB of SRAM and operates on a single 5 V power supply, common for motor control devices and household appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves, as well as water heaters and industrial equipment.
Featuring high-precision 22-channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital converters, enhanced input/output ports, and 4-channel multifunctional timers, the new TX03 series microcontroller enables the control of both motors and IGBTs.
Housed in an LQFP144 package, the 144-pin integrated circuit measures just 20 mm x 20 mm with a 0.5 mm pitch. Mass production is scheduled to begin in November of this year.
NuMicro M3351: Cortex-M33 microcontrollers for industrial control
Nuvoton Technology Corporation has introduced the NuMicro M3351 series of 32-bit microcontrollers, based on the Arm Cortex-M33 core. The devices operate at frequencies up to 144 MHz and support a voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Their features are geared towards...
