Based on the 120 MHz Cortex®-M4 core and supporting fast DSP functionality, Mecter introduces the GD32F303 / GD32F305 / GD32F307 32-bit general-purpose MCU, which continues to power core applications with enhanced processing performance and abundant system resources.

Product Compatibility:
The GD32F30x MCUs are software and hardware compatible with other MCUs from GigaDevice and other manufacturers. For example, users can easily upgrade their GD32F103/E103/C103 designs to the GD32F303, making their products scalable. Application notes, "Migrating from the GD32F10x Series to the GD32F30x Series" and "Migrating from the GD32E103/C103 Series to the GD32F30x Series," are provided to engineers to support rapid design and migration between GigaDevice and other manufacturers' products.

The GD32F30x series offers 40 part numbers across three series and four packaging options, including LQFP144, LQFP100, LQFP64, and LQFP48.

The full-featured evaluation boards support application development and debugging, demonstrating the device's complete functional capabilities.
Starter kits, corresponding to different package types, support the development and debugging of simpler applications.
