The new TLP383 incorporates genuine Toshiba high-performance infrared LEDs and guarantees the same CTR (Current Transfer Ratio) at both 0.5 mA and 5.0 mA input current [50-600% at IF = 0.5 mA / 5 mA, VCE = 5V]. Furthermore, it features a turn-off time (tOFF) of only 30 μs (at IF = 1.6 mA, VCC = 5V, RL = 4.7 kΩ).
The operating temperature range is -55 to +125°C. It is approved according to UL, cUL, VDE, and CQC safety standards.
