However, the range includes cables using various technologies and materials. These are single-core (installation) and multi-core (control and power) cables. The list includes general product characteristics; however, we recommend that customers seeking a specific solution consult our catalog, where all products have been parameterized in detail.

In this article, we cover topics such as:
• Cables for demanding industrial applications
• Weather-resistant cabling
• Fiberglass-insulated cables
• Fluoropolymer and low-temperature tolerance
HELUTHERM® 120
HELUTHERM® 120 is a multi-core cable adapted by HELUKABEL for industrial machine applications requiring resistance to a wide temperature range: from -30°C to 105°C. The series includes cables with copper conductors ranging in cross-section from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm², encased in PVC insulation (color-coded). Thanks to these materials, the products are self-extinguishing and therefore do not propagate flames. Most models include a separate protective conductor.

HELUTHERM® 145 MULTI

THERM145-10G0.75
HELUTHERM® 145 MULTI Series includes, among others: shielded cables.

HELUTHERM® 400

The HELUTHERM® 400 series includes fiberglass-insulated cables. These cables are typically used in applications requiring resistance to very high temperatures (up to 400°C), such as those connected to heaters, combustion engines, welding equipment, and other similar applications. Thanks to the selection of cross-sections up to 4 mm², the products in this series can be used both for powering heating elements and for conducting sensor signals. Their excellent resistance not only to temperature but also to chemicals and radiation means that HELUTHERM® 400 wiring can be used in steel mills and foundries, and even in aviation, nuclear power plants, and aerospace.
