The new 104 PHL-ST series offers high capacitance/voltage combinations, including 6,800 µF at 450 V and 33,000 µF at 200 V in a 220 mm case. The tolerance is +/-20%, the voltage rating is 200 V to 450 V, and the operating temperature range is -40 to +105 °C.
These capacitors are available with long 8mm M5 threaded terminals and short 13mm M6 terminals. They comply with the RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and are available in standard bolt nut versions.
As polarized aluminum electrolytic capacitors with non-solid electrolyte, the 104 PHL-ST series is suitable for DC connection capacitors in high-power switched-mode converters and energy storage in pulsed power applications. Some of its applications include UPS systems, welding systems, single-phase and three-phase motor controls, and inverters for solar and wind turbines.
