New visualization of wallbox charging modes
Specifically, owners of the KOSTAL ENECTOR wallbox with comfort functions activated will have an optimized adaptation of the visualization in the KOSTAL Solar App and in the Solar Portal.
In addition to displaying the current charging status, users can access and view all charging modes in detail by pressing the corresponding button. The display, tailored to each charging mode, allows users to see the charging power at a glance.
In Solar Plus Mode, selecting the initial charging power point is now even easier. At a glance, you can see how, in case of excess power, grid consumption is automatically substituted and the charging power is increased up to the maximum surplus.
Furthermore, the user can define a minimum solar energy ratio at which the charging process begins. This allows even small installations with minimal surplus energy to charge the electric vehicle using the highest possible proportion of solar energy.
More overview, more control.
The revised dashboard displays all the components of the photovoltaic system and their connections at a glance. Thanks to the detailed breakdowns, the user can see in real time when a large amount of surplus energy is available. This allows customers to decide for themselves how to use the available energy most efficiently. In the event of a system failure, the user can be notified by email via the KOSTAL Solar Portal.
The current update allows you to view the entire system with more than one inverter, including when connected to a KOSTAL wallbox. Furthermore, consumption and injection values are displayed on the control panel from the day the KOSTAL Smart Energy Meter was installed.
If a PLENTICORE or PIKO MP plus with a connected battery is configured in the Smart Energy Meter, the battery state of charge (SoC) is now also displayed on the dashboard.
