Presented for the first time in Europe at SPS, INO AIR is ideal for advanced cabinet-less applications with integrated drive motors, as well as for systems with rotary axes. The solution offers:

Furthermore, wireless drives dramatically reduce overall installation costs by decreasing components, cabling, and assembly time. Fully compatible with EtherCAT, this wireless technology has already been successfully implemented in labeling applications, eliminating hundreds of meters of cabling with a cycle time of 1 ms over 100 m and a jitter of only 1 µs.
The booth also featured the new MD630 drive, a compact, efficient variable frequency drive with extensive communication options; the SV680N single-axis servo drive with Fail Safe over EtherCAT (FSoE); and the MS1 servo motor with a battery-free multi-turn encoder. In addition, two Inovance articulated robots and two panels dedicated to Total Automation Solutions based on EtherCAT and PROFINET were on display.
