For end users, the ADAM-5560 supports Multiprog KW and five IEC-61131-3 programming languages designed for PLC programming; these are two textual languages, Instruction List (IL) and Structured Text (ST), two graphical languages, Ladder Diagram (LD) and Function Block Diagram (FUP), plus Sequential Function Chart (SFC).
To further assist engineers at all levels, the ADAM 5560 includes an integrated VGA port, which, with the help of optional HMI software, means that users no longer need to add additional SCADA PCs to their applications.
