The AFL2-W15A front panel is IP64 compliant, and its projected capacitive touchscreen can be used even while wearing gloves. With 6H scratch-resistant hardness, the surface is stronger than conventional touch panels and protects the screen from accidental damage.The AFOLUX GEN II Panel PC, AFL2-W15A, is a 15.6-inch flat-screen display. This high-performance, fanless system is powered by either a 1.6 GHz Intel® Atom™ N270 processor or a 1.5 GHz AMD ASB L325 dual-core processor. It supports up to 4GB of DDR2 SDRAM. In addition to standard AFOLUX features, the AFL2-W15A includes integrated expansion interfaces for storage, PCI Express, parallel, serial, and USB.
The AFOLUX GEN II features two types of modules. Type A (75 x 50 mm) accommodates a PCIe Mini card, a USB 3.0 module, a Gigabit Ethernet module, or 4-channel video capture modules. Type B (75 x 80 mm) is a serial expansion module. Customizable and easy to install, the I/O bracket accommodates a wide range of connectors. For storage, all AFOLUX GEN II models include a USB slot, a Type II CF slot, and a SATA storage bay interface.
The integrated RFID reader in the AFOLUX GEN II system provides greater efficiency, while the read/write Mifare reader allows for on-site tag data updates. Together, these features make the AFOLUX GEN II an advanced interactive asset tracking and identification system. The AFOLUX GEN II system can be customized for various purposes, such as digital signage, kiosks, mobile broadcasting, and surveillance applications.
The AFOLUX GEN II includes key IEI recovery software for system security and easy recovery from a system failure by restoring from a previously created backup image.
