Smart and connected, the new BradyPrinter i5100 industrial label printer automatically communicates with Brady Corporation's label design applications, label supplies, and ink ribbons, enabling quick and easy printer setup. Its intuitive, full-color touchscreen includes a label design and print status monitor that also alerts users when the installed ink ribbon is not optimally matched to the inserted label supplies. Brady labels are easily loaded thanks to an automatically centering roll holder and automatic label calibration and setup. The printer also includes a variety of standard ports for common industrial connectivity needs.

With 300 and 600 dpi printing capabilities, the BradyPrinter i5100 delivers crisp, high-quality printing on reliable industrial labels ranging from 5 to 110 mm. Thanks to its powerful 32-bit, 800 MHz internal processor, the i5100 prints at speeds up to 300 mm/s at 300 dpi. Interchangeable platen rollers help the printer maintain peak performance, even under heavy use.

The BradyPrinter i5100 can print on 70 different label materials, over 1,200 stacked labels, and custom label materials and parts. Applications include a wide variety of labels for specialized and general-purpose products, labels for electronics and PCBs, labels for logistics and asset tracking, labels for identifying cables and components, and labels for laboratory samples.
