The WEBS-21D0 is equipped with the Portwell NANO-6062, a Nano-ITX embedded board based on the Intel® Atom® E3900 series processor, which integrates the low-power Gen9 Intel® processor with up to 18 execution units, improving 3D graphics performance and supporting faster 4K encoding and decoding operations. The compact WEBS-21D0 embedded system also includes up to 8GB of DDR3L SO-DIMM memory supporting 1866/1600 MT/s; dual USB 3.0 ports (up to four as an option); a DisplayPort (DP) on the rear I/O with a resolution of up to 4096 x 2160; legacy VGA interface support; and a smart COM port for RS-232/422/485 selectable by BIOS. And multiple storage options with 2.5" HDD/SSD, mSATA, and micro SD card. Furthermore, the compact 150mm x 150mm x 60mm chassis platform integrates the latest M.2 Type-E interface, providing wireless connectivity such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC (near-field communication).

Portwell's WEBS-2000 series of embedded systems is built upon a "brick" concept design created by Portwell's own engineering team to simplify system customization. It implements an intelligent structure by building the system chassis using three simple elements: wall, pillar, and cover. This innovative design of the WEBS series allows for flexible and easy customization.
The Portwell WEBS-21D0 further benefits from its brick-concept chassis with a lid/heatsink mechanism that facilitates efficient heat dissipation. The WEBS-21D0 withstands a wide industrial temperature range of -20°C to 60°C for operation in harsh environments, while its fanless design ensures quiet operation, reliability, and low maintenance costs.
