Thanks to optical bonding, the display is readable in direct sunlight, resistant to UV and IR rays, and can be operated even while wearing gloves. The HMIs have an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C (and/or -32°C to +70°C). With an IP67 rating, the control unit is weatherproof and resistant to environmental influences such as salt spray, termites, and chemicals.
With its powerful 1 GHz processor, the outdoor units offer fast response times and image changes. The various screen diagonals, from 4.3" to 12.1", provide flexibility when planning your installation. One Ethernet (10/100) and two USB 2.0 interfaces are integrated as standard, and the control units can also be interconnected in various ways using optional interfaces, such as one RS-232, one RS-485, and two CAN.
The Visu+ visualization software, as well as the free Visu+ Express, allows for easy visualization engineering and, thanks to different drivers, enables flexible connection to various third-party systems.
