The VIA ARTiGO A600 integrates four fully isolated 3.75 kV Phoenix RS-485 3-pole COM ports, a COM connector for an RS-232 port, and an 8-bit GPIO DIO port for reliable connections to automated equipment and machinery. Other key I/O features include two Mini USB 2.0 ports, a mini HDMI port for Human-Machine Interface (HMI) display, a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port, and a MiniPCIe slot. Measuring just 12.5 cm (L) x 12.5 cm (W) x 3 cm (H), it can also accommodate an optional Wi-Fi module with USB connectors on the board.
Equipped with an 800 MHz VIA Cortex-A9 SoC (System on a Chip), the VIA ARTiGO A600 features an onboard Micro SD card slot, 4 GB of eMMC Flash memory, and 1 GB of DDR3 SDRAM. It also includes a Linux-optimized Board Support Package (BSP) that supports all the core hardware features on the board to accelerate development and deployment and simplify system management. Furthermore, a comprehensive suite of software customization services is available to reduce time to market and development costs.
