The S410 also features an Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 module compatible with the new IEEE 802.11ax standard. Thunderbolt™ 4 technology delivers ultra-fast data transfer and sharing speeds between devices.
A brighter display (up to 1,000 nits), along with LumiBond® 2.0 technology, ensures visibility outdoors, even in direct sunlight. The S410 also accommodates up to three hot-swappable batteries. A backlit keyboard makes working in low-light environments easier, while a larger touchpad provides a smooth user experience with fewer typing errors.
The S410 is MIL-STD-810H certified, can withstand drops of up to one meter, and has an operating temperature range of -29°C to 63°C (-20°F to 145°F). Its IP53 rating allows users to operate it in rainy and dusty conditions without fear of damaging the unit.
With the S410, field service technicians can obtain schematics, generate purchase orders, check inventory, and even video chat with remote experts to troubleshoot issues, thanks to WLAN/BT/WWAN/GPS integration. Getac also works with solution partners to provide connectivity management with built-in security. Multiple I/O configurations are available to suit the diverse needs of field workers and their connectivity requirements.

Part of the Getac Select® program, GDMS is a software solution that monitors deployed devices, detecting potential problems before they affect field personnel, thus proactively reducing the risk of downtime.
